The most sought-after office areas are in the central business district (CBD) around Norrmalm, City and parts of Östermalm. Kista has established itself as the Nordic region's largest ICT cluster and attracts technology and telecom companies with modern premises and the metro. Solna and Sundbyberg have grown into strong office hubs around Arenastaden and Mall of Scandinavia, served by commuter rail and the Tvärbanan light rail.
