About the property
This is one of Genetor's most central facilities, located right by Malmö's central station. The facility encompasses approximately 900–1000 sqm and opened in September 2021. The property consists of an older brick building with modern, industrial-style interiors and large communal areas.
The office hotel offers flexible work environments with both open workspaces and separate office rooms for rent. As a tenant, you have access to several bookable meeting rooms and phone booths, lounges for informal meetings, as well as a patio or terrace. The premises are furnished with ergonomic furniture, including height-adjustable desks, and there are fully equipped kitchens where coffee is included.
Additionally, the property features a coffee bar/cafeteria and a canteen function, which complements the kitchen areas. Membership provides the opportunity to work at Genetor's other facilities in Malmö and Helsingborg, making Genetor Malmö C part of a larger network of office hotels in the region.
