Arena Läppstiftet is a well-known landmark with one of Gothenburg's best views over the Göta River. The building was constructed in the 1980s by Skanska in collaboration with White Architects and is currently owned by Vasakronan. The arena's coworking facility opened in September 2023 and comprises approximately 3,144 sqm of office hotel space rented out to companies.
